Call Routing Schedule is managed in the Contract Window.
From the Main Menu, Click on Advertisers -> Contracts -> Contracts
Click on a Contract Name to open the Contract Window
From the Contract Menu, click on Settings -> Settings.
Text-To-Speech Whisper Message
- Whisper: Text-To-Speech
- Message: Type in the message
Recorded Audio Whisper Message
- Whisper: Recorded Audio
- Audio File: Select the Audio File
Note: You can upload audio files by going to Call Tracking -> Audio Management from the Main Menu.
