Whisper Message Settings

Call Routing Schedule is managed in the Contract Window. 

From the Main Menu, Click on Advertisers -> Contracts -> Contracts

Click on a Contract Name to open the Contract Window

From the Contract Menu, click on Settings -> Settings.

Text-To-Speech Whisper Message

  • Whisper: Text-To-Speech
  • Message: Type in the message

Recorded Audio Whisper Message

  • Whisper: Recorded Audio
  • Audio File: Select the Audio File

Note: You can upload audio files by going to Call Tracking -> Audio Management from the Main Menu.
