There are 2 different cap settings at the contract level.
Contract Cap Settings:
- Revenue Cap.
- Leads Cap.
Contract Caps Time Frames:
- Schedule.
- Hourly.
- Daily.
- Weekly.
- Monthly.
To manage the contract caps, go ahead and open the contract window.
From the Contracts's window left menu, Click on Settings and select the Caps tab.
By default, there are no caps at the contract level.
The following options are available at the campaign level...
- Leads Cap
- Hourly Leads Cap: Number of hourly sold leads to the contract.
- Daily Leads Cap: Number of daily sold leads to the contract.
- Weekly Leads Cap: Number of weekly sold leads to the contract.
- Monthly Leads Cap: Number of monthly sold leads to the contract.
- Revenue Cap
- Hourly Revenue Cap: The hourly revenue you generate from the contract.
- Daily Revenue Cap: The daily revenue you generate from the contract.
- Weekly Revenue Cap: The weekly revenue you generate from the contract.
- Monthly Revenue Cap: The monthly Revenue you generate from the contract.
Setting Schedule Cap
Schedule caps gives you the ability to set different caps for different delivery schedules. For example, you can set 100 leads cap from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 30 leads cap from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
From the contract's window left menu, Click on Schedule.
To add new schedule cap, From the Schedule Toolbar, click on Add Schedule.
