Activating DNC.com in Your Account
To Activate DNC.com integration, you will need to establish a business relationship with DNC.com and get your API KEY from them.
From the Main Menu, go to Settings -> System Settings.
From the left menu, click on 3rd Party Integrations and click on DNC.com.
Type in your API KEY and click Save & Close.
Activating DNC.com at the Offer Level
After you enable DNC.com, you will need to enable DNC.com at the Offer Level.
To enable DNC.com, at the offer level, navigate to Offers and click on the Offer Name to open the Offer Window.
From the Toolbar at the Offer Window, click on 3rd Party Integrations -> DNC.com.
Check the box, Enable Contact Center Compliance | DNC.com to enable DNC.com Lookups.
There are two lookup types, the first one is the DNCScrub and the second one is the Litigator Scrub.
