You can override your system Return Reasons at the Vertical Level. To enable Vertical Return Reasons,
To enable Return Reasons at the Vertical Level, go to Settings -> Verticals.
Click on the Vertical Name to open the Vertical Window.
Go to Settings -> Returns.
Check the box Override global lead return and scrub reasons. Click on Return / Scrub Reasons button.
