Managing Call Routing Contracts

From the Main Menu, Go to Advertisers -> Contracts -> Contracts

Click on the Contract Name to open the Contract (Make sure it's a Call Routing Contract). 

Contract Information

Contract Name: This is the Contract Name

Statue: Contract Status (Active, Paused, InActive) 

Mode: (Live Mode / Test Mode) 

Transfer Number: Where you want to transfer the calls (make sure you add the country code before the transfer number) 

Revenue Model

Revenue Model: Choose the Revenue Model

  • Transfer:  Revenue is based on Transferred Calls
  • Duration: Revenue is based on Call Transfer Duration

Duration: Duration in Seconds

Price: The revenue amount.

Internal Notes

Any additional information / notes to this contract (This is just internal notes, advertisers won't be able to see the notes)
