What is the Review?
The Review is a place where leads can be sent to for manual review.
What options are available to send the lead to the Review?
- Depends on your validation settings, a lead can be sent to Review when a lead fails a specific validation.
- Depends on your campaign settings, you can force leads to go to Review for a any campaign.
I have reviewed the lead. Now What?
After you've reviewed the lead, you have the following options...
- Approve the Lead.
- Reject the Lead.
- Cherry Pick the Lead.
Approving leads from the Review.
Approving leads from the Review will send the leads to the Queue.
Rejecting leads from the Review.
Rejecting leads from the review will send the leads to the Trash.
Cherry Picking leads from the Review.
Cherry Picking leads from the Review allows you to cherry pick the lead to a specific contract. If the contract rejects the lead, the lead will remain in Review. If the contract accepts the lead, the lead will be removed from Review.
